Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp would be hoping to return to winning ways when he takes his team to face Leeds United at Elland Road later this week. The two clubs face off in a match week four clash billed to take place on Sunday evening.

Klopp and Liverpool began the new Premier League campaign with two straight wins over Norwich City (away) and Burnley (home) before that winning run was halted by title rivals Chelsea in their last game. Liverpool would be hoping to show the winning form in the first two matches of the season when they take on the Whites. The target is to return to winning ways at the expense of Leeds United.

Portuguese international Diogo Jota has started the season well with two goals in the first two league games and he would lead the line against Leeds United due to the injury to Roberto Firmino. Brazilian international Firmino sustained a hamstring problemduring the last league game at home to Chelsea.

Jota replaced Firmino when he was subbed off against the Blues due to the injury. He scored his first goal of the season on the opening weekend. The Portuguese national team player was one of the goalscorers as Liverpool thrashed Norwich City 3-0. Jota was responsible for the first goal of the game, while Firmino came off the bench to double the lead. Liverpool then wrapped up the win thanks to the strike from star player Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool beat the Clarets 2-0 at home in their second game of the new Premier League campaign thanks to the goals from Jota and Mane. Jota scored the first goal of the game in the first half before Senegalese international SadioMane wrapped up the win with a second Liverpool goal in the second half. Liverpool had their winning run stopped courtesy the 1-1 draw at home to 10-man Chelsea in their last league game.
